Hello! I’m Serena, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and I commend you for taking the first step in seeking support. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, stress, burnout, emotional regulation, trauma, relationship difficulties, ADHD, or navigating life transitions, you don’t have to face it alone. I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help you build resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward your goals. My practice combines Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), among others.
