Hello! I’m Serena, a Registered Psychotherapist, and I commend you for taking the first step in seeking support. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, stress, burnout, emotional regulation, trauma, relationship difficulties, ADHD, or navigating life transitions, you don’t have to face it alone. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where we can work together to explore your concerns and find a path forward that feels right for you.

I understand that every person is unique, so my approach to therapy is integrative and tailored to align with your individual needs and values. I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help you build resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward your goals. My practice combines Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), among others.

In our sessions, we’ll work collaboratively to uncover your inner strengths and help you navigate through obstacles—whether you’re healing from trauma or working through everyday struggles. I’d be honoured to support you in your journey toward healing, growth, and empowerment.
